Each individual may register and maintain only one gamdom account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a gamdom account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. gamdom will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits and account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) for users accessing gamdom from Pakistan. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by gamdom at the time of transaction. gamdom is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of USDT or card transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. gamdom also permits users to set voluntary deposit limits from account settings as part of its responsible gaming framework. Deposits below the stated minimum will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.
You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity. Depositing on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. KYC verification (see Section 3.2) must be complete before any withdrawal request will be processed. gamdom reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion.
gamdom aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1–5 business days depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. gamdom is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet operators outside its direct control.
gamdom's default policy is to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made at gamdom's sole discretion after additional verification.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be processed and the amount will remain in your account balance.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on gamdom are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms will prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotional offer's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering obligations are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

gamdom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or restrict any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including to individual accounts at gamdom's sole discretion.
Sports betting markets on gamdom, including cricket (PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, boxing, and basketball, are governed by gamdom's sportsbook rules published in the help section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Bets placed on suspended markets may be voided at gamdom's discretion.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (HRG Live), and RNG table games, operate according to the rules of the respective game provider. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual player's results in any given session. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or software error that affects a game or bet, gamdom reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. gamdom's decision in such matters is final.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gamdom's operating entity. In the event of a dispute between you and gamdom, you agree to first attempt resolution through gamdom's internal complaints process by contacting customer support.
gamdom will acknowledge formal complaints within five business days and provide a substantive response within thirty business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published in the help section of the Platform.
gamdom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the gamdom Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
